Meet the Hills
Morgan D. Hill | CEO and Owner
Morgan D. Hill entered the financial services industry to follow his passion for helping people protect their wealth and pass it successfully to their loved ones. Morgan recognizes that too often individuals receive inconsistent or incomplete information when preparing for their retirements. As the CEO and owner of Hill & Hill Financial, LLC, Morgan works to dispel incorrect perceptions and has a talent for taking difficult and complicated issues and explaining them in simple terms with ease.
Specifically, Morgan is known for his ability to form investment strategies for clients that help generate income they will not outlive. His focus is on managing risk, avoiding catastrophic loss and finding ways to use financial vehicles and strategies to complement his clients’ estate plans. Morgan has been told many times that his natural ability to explain things clearly and simply is a comfort to his clients and to their loved ones.
In an effort to spread his knowledge to the public, Morgan hosts a radio show titled “Retirement Straight Talk” at 10 a.m. on Saturdays on 102.3 WGOW The Talk Monster in Chattanooga. The show can be accessed on this website. Additionally, Morgan is the author of three books, including his most recent, “Building a Better Retirement.”

Morgan is married to Holly S. Hill, his wife and business partner. Away from the office, Morgan is actively involved with a number of local and international faith-based organizations through volunteering and mentoring. He also enjoys traveling, reading and writing.
Holly S. Hill | CFO and Owner
Holly is a seasoned professional in the area of business management and administration and is a licensed insurance agent. As the CFO and owner of Hill & Hill Financial, LLC, Holly has spent years not only managing the day-to-day operations but also designing and updating the firm’s systems and procedures. Her main objective is to ensure the firm’s Best Practices philosophy is met with each and every situation and client.
Holly graduated from Georgia State University. She enjoys working and living alongside her husband and partner, Morgan Hill, as they work to guide clients to and through retirement successfully. In her spare time, Holly enjoys traveling, cooking, hiking and volunteering.

Rachel J. Baker | Associate Advisor
Rachel J. Baker has a talent for managing and leading while providing excellent service and fulfilling client requests effortlessly. Like Morgan, Rachel is a fiduciary who holds her Series 65 license as well as her insurance license. Whether processing new client investment accounts or servicing current accounts, Rachel works closely with Morgan D. Hill to ensure all client needs are met and exceeded. A graduate of Seton Hall University and a recipient of the prestigious Horatio Alger National Scholarship, Rachel's skills and abilities are an integral part of Hill & Hill's daily operational and service success.
Tara Small | Director of Client Services
Tara Small is a results-driven customer service professional. She possesses years of insurance experience processing applications, servicing accounts, and assisting client with an array of requests, including RMD’s, partial withdrawals, and beneficiary updates to name a few. Tara’s knowledge of the insurance and financial services industry coupled with her natural ability and desire to get answers and meet deadlines is a great asset to our clients, as well as our company. Tara is a graduate of Western Washington University and holds an insurance license. Tara cares deeply about animals and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her family and playing tennis.
Joyce Cole | Operations Assistant
If you receive a lovely handwritten card in the mail from Hill & Hill Financial, LLC, you can be sure that Joyce produced it. Before joining Hill & Hill Financial, LLC as a semi-retired staff member, Joyce spent much of her career teaching, tutoring and caring for children. Her patience and care have translated seamlessly to our company by helping with communications, administrative functions and special projects. Joyce’s kind spirit and willingness to assist with all aspects of the business make her a special part of the “behind the scenes” team at Hill & Hill Financial. Joyce received her degree from Camden County College.
Nancy Hollingsworth | Operations Manager
A native of Chattanooga, Nancy retired from the United States Navy and returned home with her husband, Jim. In 2015, she was one of the top four highest-ranking female enlisted leaders in the Navy, and led the enlisted forces assigned to 70 Navy installations around the world. Care, responsiveness, and accountability led to her successful career and she brings that same level of customer service and commitment to Hill & Hill Financial, LLC as the Operations Manager in the Chattanooga office. Nancy earned her master’s degree in Human Resources Management, graduated from the U.S. Senior Enlisted Academy, and was a three time member of the All-Navy Cross Country team. Away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and volunteering.
Donna Biddiscombe | Advisor Assistant
A mother of four boys, Donna brings a great level of diplomacy, patience and fortitude to Hill & Hill Financial, LLC as our Advisory Assistant in the Woodstock office. Her education and background in engineering and having taught middle school math, highlight her keen attention to detail, as well as a servant attitude that transfers nicely as she assists all Hill & Hill clients and staff members. Donna earned her Mechanical Engineering degree from Clemson University where she met her husband. Together in their free time, they enjoy spending time with their family and cheering on the young and successful Atlanta United soccer team.
Sarah Fuller | Retired Advisor
Sarah Fuller is an experienced CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. As Sarah began to look toward her own retirement, she chose Hill & Hill Financial, LLC to care for her client base. Sarah is an Investment Advisor Representative and a licensed insurance professional. With the Hill & Hill support staff to assist her, Sarah is enjoying retirement and consults with Hill & Hill as needed.
Buster Hill | Deliveries Notification Manager
Buster Hill has been with Hill & Hill Financial, LLC since 2008. His natural skill and ability to alert staff members of incoming mail, FEDEX and UPS deliveries minutes before the truck arrives in the office park has been a valuable asset to the team for many years. In addition to general security and unauthorized critter alerts, Buster is a professional at random trash can checks after lunch time. Although Buster is now enjoying a part-time retirement phase of life, his steadfast work style and dedication is notable and appreciated by the entire team. He can be found working in the Woodstock office on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays depending on his busy social schedule.
